On the Season 6 premiere of When Calls the Heart on Hallmark, “The Greatest Christmas Blessing”, while Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) is about to have her baby after her husband Jack’s death, a group of orphans headed to their new orphanage is stranded in Hope Valley for the holidays. Abigail (Lori Loughlin) and the other residents band together to make it an unforgettable Christmas for the children and their two caretakers Lillian (Morgan Kohan) and Grace (Jocelyn Hudon). Also in this special premiere, a mysterious artist named Theo Richardson, also arrives in Hope Valley. (Note to Hearties: The orphans’ caretakers Lillian and Grace will star in the forthcoming When Calls the Heart spin-off, When Hope Calls, in 2019.)
The mysterious artist Theo on When Calls the Heart is portrayed by actor Rob Estes. He’s known for his roles on Daytime Divas (Vance Gordon), Necessary Roughness (Rob Maroney), 90210 (Harry Wilson), CSI: Miami (Nick Townsend), Suddenly Susan (Oliver Browne), Melrose Place (Kyle McBride), Silk Stalkings (Sgt. Chris Lorenzo, SEE LINK ABOVE), and Days of Our Lives (Glenn Gallagher), among others. Fun fact: Estes’ ex-wife and fellow Melrose Place co-star Josie Bissett played AJ Foster last season on WCTH. When Calls the Heart airs Tuesdays at 8 pm on Hallmark Channel. The spin-off, When Hope Calls, will premiere in 2019.
