In the Hallmark Movie Love, of Course single mom Amy (Kelly Rutherford, Gossip Girl) drives her daughter Cara from Los Angeles to a sweet rural college in Oregon. When offered a six-week job on campus to help plan the Harvest Festival, Amy accepts. Plus, she gets to work side-by-side with movie-star-handsome professor Noah (Cameron Mathison). Their job is to inject the festival with fun, and they succeed while falling in love with each other.
Cara is portrayed by Makenzie Vega. She’s best known for her roles as Alicia Florrick’s teenage daughter Grace on The Good Wife, and 6-year-old daughter Eliza on The Geena Davis Show. Vega was also in the Jon Favreau/Vince Vaughn film Made (Chloe) and the Nicholas Cage/Tea Leoni movie The Family Man (as their daughter Annie). More recently, Vega has appeared as Sarah Carlin in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. Love, of Course premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, October 20 at 8 pm.
