The top act from each division of World of Dance gets to perform two more times on the Season 2 finale (September 12). The judges – Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo and Derek Hough – choose one song and the competing act chooses another song. The act with the top overall score wins the title of World of Dance Champion and the $1 million prize.
One of the acts that has made it to the World Final is Charity and Andres. When the 18-year-olds are standing still on stage waiting for the music to start, Ne-Yo yells “Earn it!” and they do. They perform a stellar routine to the song “Legendary” by Welshly Arms (see link above). The lyrics include “This is what we came for/ And we couldn’t want it anymore/ Could never turn back now/ Got to leave it all on the floor.” It’s the perfect song choice for Charity and Andres and this exciting moment in their careers. World of Dance airs Wednesdays at 9pm on NBC, right after America’s Got Talent. [Related: Charity & Andres, 18, on ‘World of Dance’ Share Their Prom Pictures]
