In the Good Girls episode “Atom Bomb,” while Beth (Christina Hendricks), Ruby (Retta) and Annie (Mae Whitman) meet with Rio (Manny Montana) and float a business proposition, Beth also manages to throw an elaborate birthday party for her son Kenny (Braxton Bjerken). Her cheating husband Dean is in attendance.
Cheating husband Dean Boland is portrayed by Matthew Lillard. He’s known for his roles on Twin Peaks (William Hastings, see photo below), Bosch (Luke Goshen aka Lucky Rykov), Halt and Catch Fire (Ken Diebold), The Good Wife (Rowby Canton), The Bridge (Daniel Frye), and in several movies including The Descendants (Brian Speer), Scooby-Doo (Shaggy), and Scream (Stuart), among others. Good Girls airs Mondays at 10pm on NBC, right after The Voice.
Matthew Lillard talks about the stress of working on Twin Peaks: “It was the hardest scene I ever had to do as an actor. It was like a 3-page monologue that was nonsense to me since I didn’t get any other piece of the script.” – https://t.co/lsfmM0mW8f pic.twitter.com/mZ1Ik85y49
