In the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode “Info Wars,” female conservative pundit Martha Cobb is assaulted during a protest. When Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) speaks with Cobb, she’s as tough as nails and says she doesn’t want to be treated with kid gloves. Benson and and D.A. Barba (Raúl Esparza) struggle to put their political beliefs aside in order to help bring the attacker to justice. There’s a chance that the extreme commentator has made a false accusation for political reasons.
Martha Cobb is portrayed by Rhea Seehorn. She’s known for her roles on Better Call Saul (Kim Wexler, see link above), Franklin & Bash with Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Ellen Swatello), House of Lies (Samantha), Whitney (Roxanne), and I’m With Her (Cheri Young) with Teri Polo, among others. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit airs Wednesdays at 9pm on NBC, right after The Blacklist and right before Chicago P.D.
Yessssssssss. @jessetyler @noahthebean & I rehearsing “Millicent Scoworthy” at the #EugeneONeillCenter in CT. Full disclosure, Jesse had to help me remember the name of the play; there’s no way I could tell you what the scene was about. Besides award winning acting, I mean. #tbt – great times at great places #nationalplaywrightsconference #modernfamily #bettercallsaul
