In a digital exclusive video of Little People, Big World (see below), Amy Roloff talks about becoming a grandmother. Her two sons Zach and Jeremy are having babies with their wives Tori and Audrey. “I feel too young to be a grandmother,” says 52-year-old Amy, “and I feel I little bit overwhelmed.” She’s talking to the camera after her girlfriends put together a “Grandma Shower” which was Amy’s idea. She explains, she “wants to get those things a grandma may need or want” so she’s prepared when the grandkids come over for a visit.
She says she is worried about one thing in her new role as grandmother. “I just hope I can zip it when I need to zip it,” she says. “And not be the grandma where they’re [her sons Zach and Jeremy] are like ‘mom, don’t do that.’” Little People, Big World airs Tuesdays at 9pm on TLC.
