Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back, no doubt, to vote for the next Republican candidate for president. But the ex-governor and former Terminator won’t vote the top of the GOP ticket this November. Schwarzenegger announced he won’t vote for Donald Trump, saying it’s the first time since he became a U.S. citizen that he won’t vote for the Republican candidate for president.
Schwarzenegger made his intentions public the day after the now famous Donald Trump bus conversation with Billy Bush became public. Schwarzenegger says the label he holds above all else is “American,” reminding his fellow Republicans that it is their “duty” to choose “your country over your party.” Schwarzenegger is taking over for Trump on Celebrity Apprentice, which is now called The New Celebrity Apprentice. First, he’s trying to fire Trump.
My favorite so far: Former CA “Governator” @Schwarzenegger, withholding GOP presidential vote for 1st time in 33 yrs as a US citizen. https://t.co/0f6Acrg7nL
