On Blue Bloods, police officer Jamie Reagan (Will Estes) is investigated by Internal Affairs after he forcibly stopped a man on a bicycle. Reagan says he was about to run into a woman and her child. Bystanders say Reagan used unwarranted force and for no reason. Jamie Reagan is told, “The name Reagan isn’t the same as a get out of jail for free card.” Civil rights leaders gather to seek justice and demand that Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) resign as Police Commissioner “and the rest of his corrupt clan.” Civil rights attorney Gerry Guerrero is part of the group of protestors.
Guerrero is portrayed by veteran actor Steven Bauer. He’s appeared on many TV shows from One Day at a Time to The Mentalist. He’s best known for roles in the films Scarface (Manny Ribera) and Primal Fear (Joey Pinero), and more recently in the Showtime series Ray Donovan (Avi). Blue Bloods airs Fridays at 10pm on CBS.
