On Leah Remini: It’s All Relative, Leah challenges the ladies in her life – and her assistant Raffy! – to lose weight. After having her daughter Sofia Bella, Remini caught a lot of flack for not being able to lose all of the 80 lbs. she gained while pregnant. She eventually lost the baby weight by working with a personal trainer five days a week. But that was 10 years ago.
According to Livestrong.com, Remini has also used the 1st Personal Diet to shed weight. The diet, recommended by cardiologist Dr. R. Cohen, helps “control food cravings, increase energy and reduce bloating.” And it doesn’t restrict foods. Who knows what particular diet Remini has planned for this next challenge. But expect one thing to remain the same: Remini says she always incorporates a cheat day into her diet. “You have to find boundaries that keep you in line, like one cheat day after you lose so many pounds and then again adding in a cheat day when you are at your ideal weight, once a week, month, whatever works.” Does she still cheat?
