Actress/singer Pia Zadora is best known for her role in the 1982 film Butterfly. Her character was a young girl who seduced her own father (Stacy Keach). For that role, Zadora managed to win both a Golden Globe and Golden Raspberry for “Worst Actress.” Since Butterfly, Zadora has been married three times. She lives in Vegas with her current husband Michael Jeffries and her 18-year-old son Jordan. Zadora will trade lives with Oscar-winning actress Cloris Leachman on Celebrity Wife Swap (July 8, 10pm, ABC).
Zadora’s husband Michael Jeffries is a retired detective with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police. Story goes that he met Zadora when she called the police to report a stalker. They married in 2005. The couple had a run-in with the law at their home in 2013. Pia Zadora was arrested on domestic battery and coercion charges. She allegedly scratched and choked her son Jordan. When the police arrived, Jeffries is said to have initiated a stand-off.
