Pop singer MK Nobilette finished in tenth place on American Idol’s thirteenth season. She’s known as the first openly gay female to compete in the finals on Idol. Due to illness, Nobilette wasn’t able to perform in the 2014 finale. However, later that year, Nobilette signed a record deal with Velvet Rhythm Entertainment in her hometown of San Francisco.
The 21-year-old is coming back to Idol to perform her debut single Make Believe. From tenth to the top goes MK Nobilette — the only thing “make believe” about it is the song.
