Warren Sapp’s official website looks wrongheaded right now with its insistence, in light of Sapp’s recent arrest for soliciting a prostitute, that the NFL Hall of Famer is “RELENTLESS.” The site even takes pains to define the word — “showing or promising no abatement of severity, intensity, strength or pace.” The definition gives the scene of Sapp’s prostitute pursuit an even ickier feel. (Sapp better hope the judge he gets isn’t as relentless–Sapp will be looking for as much “abatement in severity” as he can get when he has to answer to the charge.)
Also listed on the site are the WARSAPP ENTERPRISES “Proud Partners” — a designation none of them are likely to fit now. The eight formerly proud marketers associated with Sapp are listed as NFL Hall Of Fame, Zyppah (snoring relief), Nike Jumpman, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Code.org, the Oakland Raiders, OC2 (a digital agency) and Mitchell & Ness, the clothing retailer.
