It shouldn’t really matter who the woman is who Chris Brown’s brother Tony Rock called a “fully blown whore” in public. But the media is eating it up because his zinger was directed at a celebrity. The woman is Bow Wow’s finance Erica Mena, stars of Hip Hop & Love.
Erica Mena chose to dignify Tony Rock’s comment by tweeting: “This is the most press and attention Bitch rock got its whole career. Now that’s a funny joke.” She added a crying and laughing emoticon and the hashtag #ThisMonkeyIsAfool. Her tweet backfired as it drew even more attention to Rock who admitted that his comment was inappropriate but “refused to take it back.”
