Sanders and Trump often align when it comes to things like reinforcing the American workforce with jobs and rolling back some of the predatory practices of big business. "Pharma has a lot of lobbies, a lot of lobbyists and a lot of power," Trump said. "We're the largest buyer of drugs in the world, and yet we don’t bid properly.
