David and Deborah Meniane are the creators of Victoria’s Kitchen Almond Water. It’s made of almond, vanilla, rose extracts and a hint of sweetness (cane sugar). They pitched their product on Shark Tank in 2015 but couldn’t convince the sharks that Americans will learn to love almond water as much as they love Coca-Cola.
They walked out of the Shark Tank without an investment but they did land many deals with grocery stores through the country — several in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Texas. Each can (they no longer bottle the almond water in glass) is 12 oz. and carries 50 calories.
