In the Hallmark Channel TV movie I’m Not Ready for Christmas, a little girl named Anna makes a wish to Santa Claus and it throws the life of her Aunt Holly upside down. Suddenly Holly can no longer tell a lie, which causes a lot of awkwardness and trouble for her career and her relationships. When her lies catch up with her, Holly is forced to figure out what’s right from wrong. And she uses her candor to land nice guy Drew (George Stults).
Holly is portrayed by Alicia Witt. She’s best known for her roles on the TV shows Justified (Wendy), Friday Night Lights (Cheryl), Law & Order: Criminal Intent (Detective Nola Falacci), and Cybill (Cybill Shepard’s daughter Zoey). Witt also appeared in the films Vanilla Sky (Libby), Two Weeks Notice (June), Mr. Holland’s Opus (Gertrude), Citizen Ruth (Cheryl), and David Lynch’s Dune (Alia), among others. I’m Not Ready for Christmas will premiere on the Hallmark Channel on November 14 at 8pm.
