A 29-year-old former Bank of America Merrill Lynch trader is accused of murdering and hiding the bodies of two women--assumed to be prostitutes--in his posh apartment in Hong Kong. Rurik Jutting, who allegedly confessed to the murders in a phone call to police this weekend, was educated at Cambridge.
Jutting apparently called when guilt overcame him after he murdered the second woman--he called that night. The second woman, found in a suitcase had been dead much longer. The man's out of office email message, until this week thought to be a joke, suggested that callers who couldn't reach him should instead try to contact someone who's not "an insane psychopath."
