The Good Wife is back tonight on CBS at 9:30 pm. Lead actress Julianna Margulies just won her second Emmy for her role as Alicia Florrick in the CBS hit drama. She’s a great actress (remember her in ER with George Clooney?) but she seems to bring something extra to her role as attorney Alicia. It could have something to do with Margulies’ private legal eagle tutor.
Julianna Margulies is married to Harvard Law School graduate and attorney Keith Lieberthal. He's the son of academic Kenneth Lieberthal, professor of political science at the University of Michigan and senior fellow in Foreign Policy and Global Economy and Development at the Brookings Institution. So if Alicia Florrick does dive deeper into politics, say, a run for State’s Attorney office--that's this season's big story arc--Margulies will be well prepared. It's all in the family.
